Fun for a Good Cause
Several times each year the Montgomery General Hospital Health Foundation invites the community to participate in a variety of fun events in which important funds are raised for the hospital. This year we celebrated the 20th anniversary of our Black-Tie Ball on Saturday December 1, 2007 at the Bethesda Marriott with a special event packed with fun and excitement for all. This year the proceeds of the event went towards a variety of special projects. 2008's Gala will be held on November 22nd - SAVE THE DATE.
If art is your thing, then you won’t want to miss the Annual Art Show scheduled for Friday, February 22nd at Montgomery General Hospital. View and purchase one-of-a-kind pieces made by local artists, including some of MGH’s own physicians.
Calling all golfers, tennis players and those who enjoy a day at the club! This year we will be hosting the 32nd Golf and Tennis Classic on Thursday, May 15, 2008 at Manor Country Club. Always a popular event with space filling up quickly, this day-long outing is a great way to connect with friends, get in an early round of golf or tennis while supporting a great cause. All proceeds from the event support the hospital. Players of all levels welcome. Invitations will be mailed to the community in early spring, 2008.
