Richard A. Silva, M.D., F.A.C.S., is a Board Certified vascular surgeon with offices in Montgomery County. He is a partner in Horizon Surgical Group.
Dr. Silva completed his fellowship training in vascular surgery and his residency in general surgery at the Medical College of Virginia. He earned his medical degree from SUNY at Buffalo, New York.
Dr. Silva has special expertise in endovascular methods and vein treatments.
