As part of Montgomery General’s continuous effort to improve each patient’s experience, we have implemented a formal survey process in which patients are randomly selected to participate. We have asked NRC Picker, a healthcare research-consulting firm, to help conduct a patient satisfaction study on behalf of the hospital. One to two weeks after treatment at Montgomery General, you may receive a phone call. The phone call will come from Discovery Research and, this will show up on your telephone’s caller ID.
- Participation in this phone based survey is voluntary. It will involve answering questions about your patient experience and will take approximately 6-7 minutes. You may decline to complete the survey, but by participating you will help ensure that Montgomery General continues to provide the best care possible to patients.
- The information you provide is confidential and will be kept secure. Montgomery General assures that your clinical or diagnostic information will not be shared with anyone.
