MGH Community Health, Inc., is a comprehensive home care agency serving Montgomery, Howard, Carroll, Frederick and Prince Georges counties. MGH Community Health is accredited by the Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Hospital Organizations (JCAHO). We are dedicated to providing the highest quality care effectively and efficiently to patients in their homes.
We carry out home care services through three divisions:
- MGH Home Health is a Medicare-certified, state-licensed, full-service home health agency providing skilled home care services that are billed to Medicare and participating insurances.
- MGH Personal Care is a licensed residential service agency that provides nursing, home care aide and emergency response system services on a private pay basis.
- Personal Emergency Response System is a 24-hour Health Watch system that makes your request for help by simply activating a transmitter so small that you can wear it around your neck or wrist.
Our Staff
Our professional staff consists of experienced nurses, physical therapists, speech pathologists, occupational therapists, social workers and home care aides. Team members work together under your physician's order to provide outstanding care to our patients. MGH Home Health nurses are on-call 24-hours-a-day, 7-days-a-week, to assist patients and accept referrals.
