Brain’s Breast and Beauty
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
To educate and increase awareness about breast health and breast cancer among high risk women of minority groups within Montgomery County. This program has several community partners and works with the media to increase visibility in the community. The goal of this program is to increase the knowledge as well as to change attitudes, beliefs and behaviors about breast cancer in these communities. Referrals to screening services within the county as well as Patient Navigation are also provided.

18-40 year-old women among minority populations within Montgomery County who may have high risk factors for breast cancer.
